Coaching is about conversations with issues that lead to insight, goals and action and can be used in self-image, motivation, health, stress, development, fears, trust, irritation and more.
NLP Neuro linguistic programming is about how our thoughts and feelings are connected and how we can change our way of thinking and acting in different situations. In dialogue with the client, I use different tools, models and processes to create a positive change. Sometimes there are beliefs that limit us. There may be beliefs from when we were children that have become a truth for us. BUT that truth may not be yours.
Developmental hypnosis
When I work with clients, I want them to find their own solutions to heal themselves and develop. Imagine when you were little and completely engrossed in a book. You were in the story, you lived and worked in it. Maybe you can experience it even today as an adult when you read a book?
I do the same thing, I get you as a client in a deeply relaxed state and I read a text with metaphors. When I ask you to come back to the present in the room, you may not remember everything, you may have fallen asleep but it does not matter because your subconscious knows and works with it.
My education is based on the working methods of Milton Erickson and Lars-Eric Uneståhl. They have described hypnosis as a valuable tool for strengthening a client's self-awareness and facilitating communication.
Muscular relaxation
This is a deep relaxation technique, based upon the simple practice of tensing, or tightening, one muscle group at a time followed by a relaxation phase with release of the tension.
You learn the difference between tension and relaxation and with the training, which lowers the basic tension, you save energy.
It is a deep relaxation technique that has been effectively used to let go of stress and anxiety, relieve high blood pressure, insomnia, and reduce symptoms of different types of chronic pain.
Mental training also called self-hypnosis
I do it myself and it is something everyone can do. You are an expert on your own life and know best how to develop. The hypnotic state is present in every person and can be used constructively for development.
During this practice, you can achieve better self-confidence and increased self-esteem, gain increased motivation that positively affects performance and health, achieve better concentration and increased creativity.
Simply to achieve a higher quality of life.
mBIT stands for Multiple Brain Integration Techniques. A collection of tools and techniques that transform the theory of mBraining into practice. Neuroscience has proven that we have not just one but three brains! In addition to the brain in the head, we also have a brain in our hearts and in our intestinal system.
mBIT can be used for many different problems, e.g. with people who:
• have an internal conflict between their thoughts, feelings and actions.
• have unwanted habits that they struggle to break.
• have difficulty making decisions.
• are very concerned about risks in what they do.
• seem to know what they want, but have difficulty acting on their goals.
The head: Creativity
The heart: Compassion
Stomach: Courage
The essence of mBraining is about accessing the brains in a special order and getting them in a congruent state. By moving through the mBIT Roadmap, you can reach a higher level of insight and wisdom that will allow you to make better decisions.
